I don`t often write reviews, but this one is warranted. I had my wife`s 2022 JLU High Tide towed to Park Jeep because it was dead in the water, the start button would not wake up the vehicle and the window I had my wife`s 2022 JLU High Tide towed to Park Jeep because it was dead in the water, the start button would not wake up the vehicle and the window was stuck down due to the condition. The immediately put the Jeep inside, and within an hour I was getting a phone call from Dustin Hemauer about the Jeep. He was able to find and remove and tracking system that the previous finance company probably put on. He then was able to find a frayed wire that was blowing the start fuse. Dustin is the man and I wish I could only pick him to work on our Jeeps. I would also like to mention Nick in service intake, he is beyond professional. More
I purchased my 2019 jeep Wrangler JL in 2021 and had a very good experience. Fast forward to 9/2024 I received a call from Jackson is sales, he was just following up with me about my purchase and asking very good experience. Fast forward to 9/2024 I received a call from Jackson is sales, he was just following up with me about my purchase and asking if I was still enjoying it. I told him I love the Jeep but I noticed some corrosion issues (a very well known issue that Jeep has had for many years), Jackson is not in the service area but he let me know that he would check with service and call me back. About 40 minutes later I received a call from Jackson and he not only helped me setup an appointment with service, but also advised that because the warranty was ending in a couple of months we should get this reviewed asap. The appointment went great, it was determined that the corrosion issue is what was causing the paint to bubble. Although they are not able to get my jeep in until January, because I brought it in when I did the issues that were found will be repaired but any additional issues that might arise between now and January will also be addressed and repaired. More
Three Jeeps so far, that is how many I have purchased from Park Jeep. There are reasons I keep going back, customer service such as Steve Carpenter in sales, he is the best. But service is where you shine, and I believe in my case the reason is Dustin Hemauer! If I could simply just request him when we bring a vehicle in for service, I would. I wanted to let them know how much I appreciated the excellent service I received. Nick did a terrific job dealing with a tricky situation. My Jeep is 20 years old and finding the right soft top replacement was difficult, but when I did, he and the crew got it on and it looks great. He also had to deal with a bad HVAC situation where the fan switch was broken and several parts -- which were not easy to find -- needed replacing. Worst service I have ever received from a company. I was working with the dealership and another vendor. The dealership spoke with the vendor more than 3 times and myself 2 times to coordinate service I was working with the dealership and another vendor. The dealership spoke with the vendor more than 3 times and myself 2 times to coordinate services. The vendor is being paid by me to go to the dealership and is coming from over 2 hrs away. The dealership dropped the ball and did not follow thru with the coordination of services. I am paying the vendor and now will be paying the vendor close to $1000 because the dealership did not follow thru with the scheduled service. They are now leaving me with a large bill but also no car for several days. I will never access this dealership again and will be warning anyone I know of their lack of service. Just very frustrated and disappointed in what I thought was a reputable company. More
I was extremely disappointed with Park Jeep. I made an appointment to bring my car in on a specific day they had available. I dropped my car off at 6:30 a.m. I received a call at 3:30 and they told me the appointment to bring my car in on a specific day they had available. This was very inconvenient to coordinate dropping my car off and picking it up to have it not even looked at. I would not recommend Park Jeep for service. More
Came in February to get a warranty repair, was told the part was on back order and wouldn’t be in until may. Received a text to schedule my appointment at the end of April and was then told the part was o part was on back order and wouldn’t be in until may. Received a text to schedule my appointment at the end of April and was then told the part was on back order until June 3rd. Received another text to schedule the repair June 24 and was told the part still needed to be ordered. After showing the previous messages with dates, was told they did in fact have the part. Dropped my Jeep off around 10am (scheduled appointment), and received a call at 4:23pm saying they in fact did not have the part so no work was done. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of organization and communication I have experienced for the past 4 months. The recall is to fix the “death wobble”, and the manager told me that this is a “no-sell” recall - meaning they cannot sell the vehicle if it has not had this recall addressed as it makes driving dangerous. I can understand the back ordered part, but I will now have to go in a third time to get this addressed. Bottom line, if my car was on their lot, they could not even sell it… yet they have shown zero understanding or priority in making this right. I highly encourage anyone that is thinking of buying or having a Jeep serviced to look elsewhere. More
We worked with Hugo Trejo at Park Chrysler Jeep to buy a 2020 Jeep Cherokee. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable! He was a top notch salesman from start to finish. He kept us informed and gave updates as our new vehicle was getting cleaned and ready for the sale. He checked in multiple times to make sure we knew we weren't forgotten. He offered to buy us lunch multiple times and said we could come back another time and he'd buy lunch. I would highly recommend to ask for him when looking for a vehicle. When we left the dealership he made sure all of our questions were answered and even hopped in the car with us to help us get our phones set up with Uconnect. He made sure we were comfortable with our purchase and did not put pressure on us to buy something more high priced. The only negative about the process was when we were with the finance guy, I don't remember his name. He was full of pressure about buying extra add ons. He was not going to take NO for an answer and seemed frustrated with us for not taking extras. Hugo gets 5 stars and comes highly recommended! I would rate the customer service provided by the finance person (don't remember his name) a 2. More
I recently had an issue with my fog lights not working on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. And to be honest I had never used them and the service manager noticed they we not working while looking at an issue wit my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. And to be honest I had never used them and the service manager noticed they we not working while looking at an issue with my key fobs. The batteries needed to be replaced. To make a long story short the service manager was more interested in selling me a set of 4 tires and told me I can change the bulbs from underneath. So I left. I You tubed how to change the bulbs when I got home and thought, on a two year old vehicle with 27,435 mi. the bulbs should not be burned out. My last Cherokee they lasted 18 years. I contacted Steve Carpenter who is the sale person I bought the Jeep from and he immediately had me pull in for a maintenance tech to look. They found out the bulbs we good and the problem was in two electrical connectors that were corroded. Which were covered under warranty. Thanks to Steve it saved me $370.00. I complement Mr. Carpenter for doing all he did for me.He didn't have to go the extra mile but he gladly did. When it comes time to purchase another Chrysler or Jeep product I'll be looking for Steve. Thanks Steve. Ken More
