I am a reoccuring customer with Park Avenue and my sales person was John Kim for all my purchases.I orginally owned Acuras and now I have a BMW. John is a great asset to Park Avenue. He is very professional and understands customer loyalty. I was looking for another vehicle (not another Acura) and John was able to work with me and cross sell me to a BMW. The transaction went very smoothly and Roger Pic (finance manager) at Park Ave was very helpful and even saved me additional money. I really appreciated his attentiveness and honesty. I can not say enough about John Kim and Park Avenue Motors and I did not take a few business cards but a bunch and I will give them out to all my friends. More

Lacked curtesy, in that representative acted nasy, and very bluntly<br>said " Why didn't you take the car where you brought it to get serviced? The attitude, comments, and their disposition, immediately set an uncomfortable enviroment. When you buy a 2003<br>745li, and it only has 18,000 miles on it, and comes with a 50,000,<br>4 year Warranty, and something that is Warranty covered needs service; one does not expect nasty comments, and the blow-off.<br>In our case we smelled excessive fuel, so we pulled over and towed to the nearest dealer, which since we were traveling on the I95,<br>happened to be Maywood's Park Avenue Motor Corp., and they<br>lacked professionalism, from the door, and acted like we were an <br>inconvience to them. No matter what, I will not use there service again! As far as the repair, a successful repair, in a reasonable amount of time was performed.<br> More
