While at Park Ave. Lotus/Saab recently to test drive another car, I had the pleasure of discovering a 2011 Saab 9-5 Aero Turbo6 AWD on the lot. Once again I dealt with Rick on this purchase, which was very simple and straightforward. He was able to answer or get answers to all the questions I had about the car. The salesman and manager were very knowledgeable about their cars and the car buying experience was great. No sales pressure whatsoever and they went out of their way with an in-depth inspection of the vehicle before delivery - they even replaced a tire! I have good credit and they even got me a good loan. I assure you that I don't give glowing reviews unless they deserve it. It was a pleasant surprise to deal with a dealership that does not pressure one into buying a car on the lot that needs to be sold but a dealer that actually answered my questions and address my concerns on the particular car I was interested in. Park Ave Lotus was a bit more kind then I expected when I finally made an offer. I was pleasantly surprised with their counter offer. Perhaps I was fortunate to deal with a decent salesperson (Rick Wehle) or perhaps this is Park Ave Lotus's culture. I will revisit Park Ave Lotus sometime in the near future when it will be time to replace my car...hope the experience to be the same. More

The staff was very pleasant to deal with and at no point were there any annoying sales tactics. My salesman Rick picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealership. The truck I bought from them was in immaculate condition and the purchase process was quick. Andy, the sales consultant, even gave me a cable to plug my phone into the stereo so I could listen to music on my 5.5 hour ride home. I was very hesitant to travel such a distance to buy a vehicle but I have no regrets and would gladly do it again and recommend Park Ave Saab to anyone looking for a good vehicle. More
