Even when dealing with that devision it is important to have a knowledgeable and professional sales person to deal with in finalizing the sales.Currently have an S5, an E500, and now the Z4. Of the 3 dealer ships visited, Prestige, Paul Miller, and Park Avenue, PA was the most responsive. I could not even get return calls or emails answered by Prestige nor Paul Miller. When visiting their show room I was helped by a non experienced and in one case a condescending person When dealing in an high end car with probably a mostly professional customer base it is important that the sales person can meet the level of sophistication of the customer. Brad is a very courteous young man who acted very professional and represented the interests of BMW and us to find in the end a win - win deal. Buying a car can be overwhelming and anxiety provoking, to say the least. However, when you have a salesperson who you feel has your best interest at heart not just trying to make a sale, it makes the experience more palatable and conducive for the consumer. First off, his wealth of knowledge of BMW's and the car industry was apparent as he was able to ask every question that I presented and provided additional information that is beneficial to a consumer but may not have had the wherewithall to ask. His customer service skills were impeccable and he never loss patience with me throughout the entire process. He always made him self available to me if not to answer questions just to be a sounding board. Most often, after you make you purchase, your salesperson has no use for you and is not as accessible post the sale as the were pre-sale, however, Mr. DeLeon continues to be a presence and a very formable representative of BMW.His professionalism exudes and his manager should be proud to have an employee of his type. In fact, his Manager also exhibited a professionalism that I was very impressed with. Craig was not your typical "pushy" salesman. He acknowledged the fact that we wanted to keep within our budget, yet needed a vehicle that worked for my growing family. He carefully went over all the numbers, including car/price comparisons, financing and leasing options, and accessory impact, to ensure I understood exactly what I was paying for. In addition, he worked well with my hectic schedule and maintained constant communication via e-mail and phone. He even came in to work on his day off, to close our deal, knowing that it would be the only day I'd be available to come in to sign my contract and pickup my new vehicle.
