He is such a kind and experienced person who really understands the customers' needs and expectations. I was so comfortable with him explaining what I was looking for. We chose my car together and he got me the car that I wanted less than 10 days from the day I walked into the showroom. After sales experience has also been great for me which is very important. Overall, I never met a dealer who is as authentic, genuine and caring as Eric before! Thanks a lot!!! More

Car with problems but Wayne Carenza did the right thing Upon purchase of the vehicle there has been a number of issues within 6 months of purchase. 1) rear breaks and rotor replacement 2) rear pinion Upon purchase of the vehicle there has been a number of issues within 6 months of purchase. 1) rear breaks and rotor replacement 2) rear pinion seal leaking and replaced radial shaft seal 3) thrust arm bushings causing a squeaking noise 4) serpentine belt tensioner causing a rattling Once Wayne found out about the issues, he called me. He completely understood my situation and concerns. I brought the car to the service department and the company fixed everything. Thank you Wayne for caring about the customer and finding solutions.
