I had a great experience with Park Avenue Acura. I found the CPO RDX I was looking for online and called for information. Working with Tony, I was able to make a deal over the phone and 2 days later, I mad the CPO RDX I was looking for online and called for information. I wish I lived closer so I could return there for service. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and so helpful. There were a few minor things on the vehicle that needed fixing and Tony arranged for the work to be done while I was there, knowing I couldn't drive back another day. He even ordered new carpet mats as the RDX had only the all-weather mats...a thoughtful extra! The price by far beat out dealers in my area. This was definitely the easiest car buying experience I have ever had - thanks, Tony! More

Professional and courteous, Tony had the car ready for us and although finishing up with another customer he gave us the keys so we could check the car out. Then he took us on our test drive -- both street & highway driving, and we were sold. Tony explained the whole CPO program in detail, we never felt rushed or hurried. Pricing was extremely competitive for the NY area market. Picked up the car the following week, everything prepared and ready to go. No issue being out of state. Let's face it, these cars speak for themselves -- might as well buy from someone you feel comfortable with, giving a fair price and in a professional environment. I had called ahead and spoken to Mano but when I got there he was with another customer. Victor stepped right up to help us instead of letting us stand there for 15-20 minutes while Mano finished. For our first impression I was amazed at how easily the two worked together to help each other and the cuswtomer. We learned everything we needed to know about the car and took it for a test drive. We talked pricing and they were right up front with great pricing. No running back and forth to the manager and pressure to buy on the spot. I told him I needed to think about it and would get back to him in a week. We went back in a week and finalized the purchase. Everyone involved was so professional and not that pushy nonsense that I just walk away from. When I picked up the car it was in perfet shape. Mano spent more time showing me how to use the GPS etc. then any other dealer I have ever dealt with. My past experience has been once you bought the car the salesman didn't want to know you. Not like this at Park Ave Acura with Mano. I stopped in the dealership once since the purchase and Mano again spent time answering my question. I could not be more happy with my experience unless they had given me the car for FREE!!! I would highly recommend the dealership and I do love my new car. More
