I was on the fence of getting a BMW X 3 and Acura MDX. I went to Park Ave Acura and Troy won me over. He was honest, straight forward and very informative about the pros and cons. I have owned many Luxury Vehicles in the past including Lexus, BMW, Land Rovers and more. I have found Park Ave Acura, and Nick Martinez (my sales person) to be far above all of my dealings with automobile Lexus, BMW, Land Rovers and more. I found the dealer very helpful in selecting the car I need, most importantly having the color and options I was shopping for in stock at the dealership. Nick is always very helpful with my needs. I have purchased 3 Acuras from Nick in the last 4-5 years, and every time Nick and the dealership has outperformed. I currently drive BOTH an Acura TL SHAWD Tech and a MDX TECH, because I found being an owner of an Acura so favorable. For all of my transactions, Nick has always been honest with a hassle free bottom line price, and I find this is one reason why I keep coming back. The first time I had a 07 Civic Si for a trade, and they gave me very good market value on the trade, and a reasonable price on an 08 MDX TECH. When it was time to trade in my 08 MDX for an 2011 off lease, my MDX was over mileage, but the dealership in rare instance of customer loyalty, purchased my off-lease MDX outright. To my surprise, because Nick and Park Ave Acura did this, I was notified by Acura that I was no longer responsible for any of the over mileage or any extra fees. Nick Martinez and Park Ave also worked me with pricing, and because of their bottom line pricing, I am able to enjoy driving 2 new Acuras at the same time. Nick as a sales person is also on top of every detail. He calls your insurance agent, takes care of all of the nitty gritty, makes sure your car is cleaned and prepped within a day or so for pickup, and just goes above and beyond. I have a very busy schedule, and Nick has always done all the grunt work, and I am appreciative of that. I go in, get a great price, give him the info, and just get ready for pickup of my new car. Nick also quickly responds to all my emails or phones calls promptly, and keeps me updated about the transaction (finance, etc). The few times I had to service my cars through the service department, I had an ACURA (important) loaner available to me and I found the waiting area of the service department to be clean, with refreshments and also furnished with televisions and other amenities. They even give you a free oil change when you buy a car from Park Ave Acura. Also, a bonus is each time you bring your car in for service, your car is cleaned and washed. The dealership grounds are also new, modern and clean compared to other Acura dealerships in the surrounding area. There is also a different atmosphere at this dealership, (not as stuck up, and more relaxed) than I have encountered at Lexus, Land Rover and Mercedes Dealerships. More down to earth and willing to help. In my Opinion, I find that Acura vehicles are more entertaining to drive than let say, a Lexus comparative, because they have a sense of sportiness to them (in styling and also in performance). I also find the interior materials to be very high, and the technology is always always #1. Remember, before BMW had X-DRIVE, Acura had SHAWD. Before other companies had Voice control for Navigation, Acura already had this technology. Acura is truly an innovative brand. I have recommended this dealership to many of my friends, and many of my friends have also purchased Acuras from Park Ave Acura. I highly recommend this dealership. I also highly recommend you call, and scout out Nick Martinez at Park Ave Acura if you are looking to purchase or lease a new Acura. He's a veteran there (which is important) and you really want someone on your side when buying your new car. You wont be disappointed. More

Let me just say that I drove an hour and a half to lease my car from Park Ave Acura. (There's another Acura dealer that's actually only 30 min from my home). I did it again 3 yrs later when my lease was up my car from Park Ave Acura. (There's another Acura dealer that's actually only 30 min from my home). Any negotiating was basically taken care of completely online and with a phone call. I purchased a new 2011 TSX for my wife at Park Ave Acura last week. It was by far the most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. I'm from Connecticut and found the dealership on the Internet. last week. It was by far the most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. I'm from Connecticut and found the dealership on the Internet. I was looking for a specific car (Gray TSX w/manual transmission). Nick Martinez was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, efficient and didn't waste my time. I told Nick what I was looking for, details of my trade and gave him prices I had from dealers in this area. Nick got back to me very quickly with a fair price for the new car and told me if I'd take a ride down (a little under 2 hours), he'd be fair with me on the trade-in. Sure enough I drove down early last week, they looked at the trade, gave me a fair offer and we signed the contract all in under an hour. I came back on Saturday morning, turned in the trade, gave Jorge a check and drove off in the TSX again in under one hour. No hassle, nobody trying to sell me anything I didn't want, etc. I look forward to doing business with this dealership again in the future. More
