My service agent was listed as John when I made the appointment online. When I pulled in, I was told it was busy and I would receive texts to update me. After about an hour and a half, I had no text an appointment online. When I pulled in, I was told it was busy and I would receive texts to update me. After about an hour and a half, I had no text and no one had spoken to me. When I got the text, I had to ask for clarification from Anne. I was told I needed new tires and they were running a buy 3, get the 4th one free special. However, the person next to Anne said that expired the day before. I was told 2-2.5 hours for new tires. But was told that they would try to rush it as I had to visit a friend in the hospital in Baton Rouge that afternoon. It still took over 2.5 hours and I had to keep checking in. When my car was pulled around, I had to back out of the service lane because no one was moving the car in front of me. At the end of the day, my tire pressure monitor went off. I called and left a voicemail the next morning (Saturday) but was never called back. I called back Monday and was given an easy fix of how to reset the sensor. More
Service was efficient, we ended up getting a couple of accessories for our car, the roof rack had signs of wear, called and left a message to Ann but she never got back to me.
