Thanks guys! I recently (two months ago) bought a used Mazda 3 from Paretti's, and I was having some issues with driver's seat noises, front tire noises, rear jang I recently (two months ago) bought a used Mazda 3 from Paretti's, and I was having some issues with driver's seat noises, front tire noises, rear jangling noises - all when I went over bumps (I'm in New Orleans, there are a lot of bumps :). With only 23K miles on it, I was concerned. So I took it in to the service department, and Ryan had everything checked out - no issues found with front suspension (relieves my mind), but did make some adjustments in driver's seat, also found some bones (!) stuck in rear suspension, and removed them - all for NO CHARGE! AND the car felt much quieter and tighter when I drove home! As the full warranty expired right before I purchased the vehicle, this amazing service by Paretti's (once again!) means A LOT to me! great service department, inferior product As with every review I've done on the Paretti service department, and there have been MANY with our 2010 Mazda CX-7, the staff in service is wonderful As with every review I've done on the Paretti service department, and there have been MANY with our 2010 Mazda CX-7, the staff in service is wonderful. Unfortunately, we apparently bought an inferior product. Our 1990 Mazda that we drove for 13 years and put over 150,000 miles on ran perfectly, no issues with regular maintenance. We gave it to a friend, and she is still driving it. We gave the CX-7 to our daughter and at this rate, she will not be able to afford it as the repair bills keep piling up. So once again, hands down best service department in the city, inferior product. More

The front desk personnel were all helpful, articulate and caring. The facility for the customers was comfortable, clean and receiving. When I called to ask if it would be okay if I came two days later to pick up my vehicle, they were very accepting and said the delay on my part was not a problem. More
