You're world-class! My wife and I just returned fm NOLA and the day before we left, we hit a pothole that resulted in our needing a new tire. Jamie was able to accommodate me the very next morning and Ron and the day before we left, we hit a pothole that resulted in our needing a new tire. Jamie was able to accommodate me the very next morning and Ronnie Fernandez, the service adviser, ensured not only that the tire was replaced, but also that there was no other damage to the vehicle. I was out w/i 1.5 hrs and back to the hotel to pick up my wife and luggage. Thank you, Jamie; thank you, Ronnie; and thank you Paretti Mazda! More

Mr. Fernandez also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service I received. Customer service is a rare quality these days but the service team at Paretti Mazda clearly care about it. I have used many car service departments over the past 30+ years and Paretti Mazda is one of the best. Highly recommended. More
