I came in for the first 5,000 mile service on my 2021 CX5 and was met with a very friendly welcome from Ann, my Service Advisor. She listened carefully to what my concerns were and answered all of my questi and was met with a very friendly welcome from Ann, my Service Advisor. She listened carefully to what my concerns were and answered all of my questions completely. During the time my car was in the Service Department she sent me timely texts to let me know the status of the service call. When I returned to pick up my car (only 2 hours later) she met me at the service counter and gave me a full explanation and print out of the details of the services that were done and answered some additional questions I had. She never hurried the conversation and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I am 71 years old and have purchased cars and trucks from numerous dealerships, but never have I ever experienced a more pleasant or professional person in a Service Department. Ann definitely made my first (and certainly not my last) experience a pleasant one, and I look forward to coming back for my next service appointment. By the way, while there I was also able to say Hi to my salesman, Mr. Henry. Only had a few seconds to talk - he was on his way to see another customer - the man is like the Energizer rabbit - always on the move, but never too busy to stop and say Hi. More
