Initial customer service was great. Car was fixed and returned clean and in good condition. The same service engine light came back on less than 48 hours after the visit. Paretti reached out with a e-survey and I reported this issue, Ryan Vucinovich reached out by email, I responded and followed up once more, Ryan V never responded nor did anyone else. Casey and the staff at Paretti are always fast and helpful. I like the automated system that sends your estimate and lets you approve the work, and even pay in the portal for a quicker time in the ser helpful.
