I had a great experience at Paretti Mazda. I inquired online and Ed Burrow reached out via email with a really great video introduction to the car I was interested in. I unfortunately missed this email, so when I walked into the dealership, Justin Elzy helped me with the purchase. Justin and Ed were both understanding and patient with me while I was looking at and test driving the car. Both were very knowledgeable despite me buying a used car that was made by a different manufacturer. I had an overall great experience. More
