I'm not one for letting the dealer do maintenance on my vehicles, but since oil changes have become "free" with the price of the vehicle, why not? Something to know about Paretti, I've bought several cars vehicles, but since oil changes have become "free" with the price of the vehicle, why not? Something to know about Paretti, I've bought several cars from there, and would buy more, the service department is weird. If you make an appointment, that is not your place in line. That's just when you drop it off. They take waiting customers first. My wife had to call 7 hours later and ask if the oil change was complete. Not Something I've ever experienced before. Everything was done correctly, just took 7 hours. More

Paretti does a very good job with customer service and maintenance. The only issue I incurred was the evening after my oil change, the oil light on my 21 CX-5 came on.
