Shote work! we went there to get the airbag and seatbelt working together. Because we had had a car accident and it took like nine months for our parts to come we went there to get the airbag and seatbelt working together. Because we had had a car accident and it took like nine months for our parts to come in, so as they were fixing the problem, they left the parts half attached, and the attachment in the glove compartment, fell out, the attachment across the door, it was just it was horrendous. We had to take the car back to be fixed and they didn’t fix it and I had to wait forever. They didn’t fix it and as I was pulling off the part under the glove compartment fell back off. John was vey apologetic as he witnessed the incident. My partner lost a set of keys and had to have the car towed to get a new key fob. We were told that we had to get two new key fobs at a ridiculously expensive price. I called Mazda USA to verify that we had to get 2 and Mazda USA said no you don’t have to have two. so when I came in from out of town., My fob didn’t work because they had to do my partners fob and I took it out to be to be fixed and, it was up and I think the overcharging is ridiculous. The same thing happened when we first took it for the part to get it at and get them working together to get the seatbelt and the airbags working together and up so I called they said that we needed these parts and the parts were like ended up being like a lot of money over I was eight $1900 together and he’s like what this was also as a result of the accident earlier in the day of Accident that happened earlier when someone who hit us who had no license and had no insurance and then had to wait nine months to get the parts from you guys. And when we try to bring the car in to do the repairs, they rejected us telling us that they might not even have parts for a 2021 because they were in the process of making 2023’s and blah blah blah and it’s like OK we bought this car brand new. It’s been sitting in the Shop for months and and and we’re waiting for the parts and after hearing that from Mazda the Mazda employee parts person who is a female who said oh no no you probably never get parts for that car and I was like what so we are going to take it in and hold it because we don’t know when they’ll be parts if there ever be parts. Fortunately I found a reputable body shop that was able to take the car fix the car when the parts came in there wonderful job and take it to Mazda and just having problems every since I was promised a free next free service maintenance service for the car, because of all the stuff that Lisi had to go through as a result so it ended up that we did not have to buy those parts. I called Mazda USA and we did not have to buy those parts and I had the auto shop was able to show the receipts from Mazda that they were genuine Mazda parts, so and they were the right parts so you know it’s just like trying to overprice people is and then you know if we don’t get your services then we void our warranty, but please stop telling your people to overcharge to try to upsell you know because , all I have to do is call Mazda USA and I get the truth thank God . Overall my experience was excellent. Craig was polite. The team completed the work in a timely manner within the scheduled time. The only issue was when they replaced the screen the screen covering had small bubbles and a big air bubble on it. I smoothed it out and it is fine now. (I like the protective screen covering to stay on.) More

Service was great but they forgot my car at the drop off. My car was supposed to get looked at 9:15 and wasn’t looked at until 1 pm after I called to check in.
