I've always had a pleasant experience here but not this time. 5 hrs for a headlight change. Had to call several times to see if ready since I had received no inspection video after 4 hrs. Was placed on hold. Was disconnected. Man at front desk is very unpleasant. Amanda was my saving grace. Lance was friendly the day before by phone. Not itching to return which is very disappointing since I've been going since 2014. More
