Hatch was fixed properly and quickly. Driver's headrest was taken completely off the seat. Not sure why because the seat was not an issue. All seats were moved in all different positions. I love Paretti Mazda. They treat there clients like family. The sales woman Alex is so friendly, professional, and personable. She was down to earth and not pushy. The sales manager was friendly as well. They were kind enough to go get me a car that I wanted from Covington within an hour on a Saturday. They really went out of their way to help me and make sure that I was satisfied. Alex spent a lengthy amount of time showing me the features of my new car and making sure I knew how to use them. She did not make me feel rushed and seemed happy to be at work. That is rare. I am grateful that I received great customer service here. I would recommend them to a friend. Also I really love my new car. It is beautiful. More
