I had a 11:30am appt. Tuesday, August 1. I did not get my car back til Thursday August. I don’t think it was even looked at on Tuesday because as of 4:30 I did not hear f Tuesday, August 1. Was told it was not looked at yet and the service shop closes at 6. It was not till 3:30 pm on Wednesday that I received a call to let me know what was needed and how much and then my car would be ready sometime in the morning Thursday. I think this is unacceptable. I had a problem with my display screen 3 years after I bought my Mazda CX5. Had to bring it in 3 times while it was under warranty . Had another issue with the screen 3 years after they fixed it and after bought my Mazda CX5. Had to bring it in 3 times while it was under warranty . Had another issue with the screen 3 years after they fixed it and after it was out of warranty. I did not think I should pay for it since it was a preexisting problem that is not being resolved. The dealership told me since I don't get my oil change from them every year I am not considered a loyal customer. If I would have gotten my oil changed through them I could have gotten it for free. So I guess buying my car through them does not count. I will never buy another car from them and will not reccomend them to anyone else. After I bought my car through them I got 2 other people to buy from them. I guess that does not count either. However John Grant, in sales department and Lance in management tried to do the best they could but it is Mazda that does not stand my their product or their customer. More
