Thank you for the feedback. I apologize if I came off harsh in anyway. There are a lot of negatives when it comes to financing through a credit union and sometimes I get a little passionate about it because they have people fooled with a smiling face, yet no one knows about the laws that they have in place for their favor that are very anti consumer. However, it is the customers choice at the end of the day and I need to respect that and watch how my attitude comes across. I do sincerely apologize I really do care about our customers. -Brett
