The work was done effeciently and well. I think that the problem I was having is common in the CRV as far as I can tell, which is the gear shifter doesn't register when it is in Park and had I think that the problem I was having is common in the CRV as far as I can tell, which is the gear shifter doesn't register when it is in Park and had to be replaced. Perhaps this is a common enough fault that it should be recalled as I could not turn my car off and twice it was ransacked in front of my house. The mechanic new immediately what the problem was and fixed it as well as a couple of other things that needed attention. My only remark is that when I asked the cashier about Paretti's own on-line coupon, she couldn't help me. I would have to go back to the mechanic to recaculate the bill. This seems cumbersome to me. Either you are offering a coupon or not. The mechanic also could have told me so when I got the estimate. More
