Easy, Pressure-Free Experience! I was interested in learning more about the financing specials on a new CX-5, so I sent an inquiry through the website. The next morning, salesman Jo I was interested in learning more about the financing specials on a new CX-5, so I sent an inquiry through the website. The next morning, salesman Josh Rainer texted me (my preferred method) to see what I was looking for. We went back and forth for a few days, as I had lots of questions about different trims and different financing options. Before I settled on a financing method or exact car, I got a trade-in appraisal on my existing car. It was very clear and fair, based on the condition of the car. When it came time to negotiate the price of the new car (I did my research on invoice prices, etc.), I was shocked. They tell you what MSRP is, basically what their invoice price is; and there is no pressure on the salesman to price you up to make a commission. That's not how they operate, and it was such a relief. They worked with me and my wife to make the whole process convenient for us, and we really appreciate that. Thank you, Paretti! More
