Didn’t purchase my car from this dealership but I made an appt to have my first oil change done on a brand new cx50. Ended up getting oil changed, signing my paperwork, and leaving. Only to get a call asking appt to have my first oil change done on a brand new cx50. Ended up getting oil changed, signing my paperwork, and leaving. Only to get a call asking me to come back because I signed someone else’s paperwork. I agreed to come back and before I got off the phone I was told “bring your method of payment.” I immediately made a phone call to the dealership where I purchased the car & was instructed on what to tell this dealership. My info just had to be updated in Mazda System. What annoys me is this dealership not once said “We can’t find your info in the system.” Or offered any type of help… just wanted me to pay for my 1st oil change and not be an inconvenience. Even after I turned around & came all the way back to remedy a mistake they made. I have no complaints on the technicians. More

For the cost, felt service was incomplete. Receipt showed an inspection and wash/vacuum. Video revealed a concern that was not written or discussed. Never given complete quote on sway bar. No indication of other inspection. Not confident that work was thorough. More
