Somehow I messed up my date and time of appointment, but they took me regardless. Everyone was very friendly. Also, they only took 35 minutes to do the oil change and whatever else. This dealership was excellent. I worked the deal with them over the phone because I lived 5.5 hours away. They were upfront and very accommodating. After owning four other brands, my expectations of dealership service were very low. But I had a small issue that was covered under the warranty, so I begrudgingly made my appointment with Paretti Maz dealership service were very low. I was pleasantly surprised to be treated very politely. Immediately a loner car was offered. When I had problems with my other brands, a loner had always been refused. I was also missing a small cosmetic part, which Casey ordered, and gave to me at no cost. More
