I had the 15K Maintenance Service for my CX-5 performed at Paretti of Covington. The customer service was excellent from the extra effort by Jeremiah to ensure all components in my PRO-TEK Plan were covere at Paretti of Covington. From the beginning Spencer was extremely easy to talk to and I never felt pressured. The vehicle I wanted took about 5 months to come in but was due to many factors outside Paretti’s control.
