I’ll start by saying JEREMIAH is one amazing human being that’s just how much I enjoyed my experience!! So, normally I visit the Metairie location but next appointment was 2 weeks out, so i decided to take that’s just how much I enjoyed my experience!! So, normally I visit the Metairie location but next appointment was 2 weeks out, so i decided to take the drive to Covington & let’s just say Covington now has a new customer!!! My service advisor (Jeremiah) went above and beyond to make this visit a great one. He kept me informed with everything that was going on and he was veryyyyy nice considering the amount of work he was doing it’s still shocking. He was even nice after I asked a million and two questions at 8am!!! I’ll definitely be back!!! Best car buying experience I have ever had in 40+ years of purchasing 14 new cars! The brand-new dealership itself is beautiful and everyone from the receptionist to the sales staff to the parts departmen of purchasing 14 new cars! My salesperson, Caleb Burst, was extremely helpful and patient as I tried various models and trims, and he always had a smile despite all of my numerous questions over the course of several days. He gets 6 stars out of 5! The sales process itself was simple and clear...and without 'add-on' extra pricing gimmicks. It did NOT involve multiple trips back and forth to "speak with the manager to see what we can do" while my wife and I waited and waited and waited like we experienced at two other local dealerships... The Paretti pricing was extraordinarily competitive and fair, both for my trade-in vehicle and the new one. Brady Hulsey, the General/Sales Manager expedited the paperwork quickly and without encouraging me to buy "extras" that I did not want. The "cherry on top" was from Ben, who sat with my wife and I in our new car and explained and demonstrated every feature available for almost an hour.
