This dealership was excellent. I worked the deal with them over the phone because I lived 5.5 hours away. They were upfront and very accommodating. They even helped me drop off I worked the deal with them over the phone because I lived 5.5 hours away. They were upfront and very accommodating. They even helped me drop off my rental vehicle and rushed through my paperwork the day of because I drove to the dealership and back home on the same day. With so much driving, every second saved at the dealership got me back home that much quicker so this was very much appreciated. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. My salesperson Bri was fantastic and helped me work through the deal in a very professional manner. Highly recommend this dealership! More

After owning four other brands, my expectations of dealership service were very low. But I had a small issue that was covered under the warranty, so I begrudgingly made my appointment with Paretti Maz dealership service were very low. But I had a small issue that was covered under the warranty, so I begrudgingly made my appointment with Paretti Mazda expecting to be treated like a nuisance at best. I was pleasantly surprised to be treated very politely. Immediately a loner car was offered. When I had problems with my other brands, a loner had always been refused. I was also missing a small cosmetic part, which Casey ordered, and gave to me at no cost. More
