To be honest! For the most part enjoyable…. Two things bothered me at the very beginning and my gut was telling me to leave. I believe when someone walks into a For the most part enjoyable…. Two things bothered me at the very beginning and my gut was telling me to leave. I believe when someone walks into an establishment - they should be greeted. I looked around and nobody said anything to me at first. Just a smile. After a few seconds but felt like minutes, a salesperson (who remains seated) says I know who you are, with a great big smile. Okay, I’m thinking, am I to assume you are the same person I’ve been texting? I felt very uncomfortable. I believe people should stand up, walk to the person, introduce themselves and welcome them. Call me crazy but that’s the way my generation was taught. Maybe things are different now….. Then after a few minutes of talking I had a question and Diane wasn’t quite sure, so she directed me to ask the man who sat beside her. As I started to ask the question, I was interrupted by this man and barked at. He did come to apologize to me but I feel this was probably done because I did call his behavior out. I continued on with the sale because I was enjoying Diane. Later on I was sitting in the finance office (who by the way was also fantastic!) when I heard Diane’s name being called …. in the few seconds it took her to respond the louder and more aggressive he (original man who apologized to me) became. I was very angry over hearing this and I would bet my money, this same man speaks to all his female colleagues in this same demeaning manner. More
