the worst service I purchased a LR3 from here 3 years ago and because of the service never go to get service. Recently I have them a chance when my insurance sent it there for a repair. And low and behold the service manager handled me like sh**. They fixed the cars and minutes after driving over the lot I was broke down by the side of the road. He said you have to get it back to us and if its our fault we would take care of the cost later. When as if I could have a car ready when I got there I was told we would put in a call to the rental company that the best we could do. We I go to the dealership its not only about the car anymore Its the service. No one wants to spend money where the service it sh**. And what's crazy is I was talking to the manager.. More

We bought our Jaguar from the used car lot at Paretti a number of years ago. Paretti Service had done all the service on our car, so we decided to let them continue service it. We live in the Panhandle o number of years ago. Paretti Service had done all the service on our car, so we decided to let them continue service it. We live in the Panhandle of Florida, about 4 hours away. There are Jaguar dealers closer to where I live. When I call they are great to talk with and schedule my service. When I walk in everyone calls me by name. Everyone is friendly and make you feel like family Kenny calls me to update one the problem and the service that is needed. They go above and beyond when servicing my jaguar. Thank you for all the great employees of Paretti Jaguar. More

Not only is the Sales Staff knowledgeable, helpful and friendly but the Service Department is excellent as they are quick to call and rem Dealership. Land Rover New Orleans is the worst experience I have ever had involving an auto repair. First the vehicle was not fixed properly (engine Light on) ,remaining after repair. Then a hose that had disconnec ever had involving an auto repair. First the vehicle was not fixed properly (engine Light on) ,remaining after repair. Then a hose that had disconnected to perform the work (plugs and tune up) came loose a short time afterward. They then wanted a small fortune to repair what they had not connected properly in the first place. I had the vehicle towed to my normal mechanic, and for $40 DOLLARS he repaired what they deemed as failure of multiple items not related to their initial repair. My engine light is still on after about $1200 dollars worth of nothing from Land Rover New Orleans. Contacted BBB and after several weeks was finally told that we can't please everyone, so best of luck to you. All can be collaborated if need be, so am just trying to let other people know my experience at Land Rover New Orleans. More
