To go into details about the service that I've received, which this was just one incident, I was sent two invoices. There was a difference in about $1000 in the two invoices which was told by the service salesman, Ray, that it was because they had noticed some overlap in labor charges which he had took off of the invoice. When I had came to pick up the vehicle, I had mentioned that we were told prior to getting service done that the diagnostic fee would be waived if we brought it back for service at the dealership. He had asked me if I had it down on writing, which I did not think I needed to put that in writing but sure if that's the kind of business this is then I'll accept that. Then he goes to tell me that he had given me something better by taking off $1000 off of my invoice, which I had already been told over the phone prior that it was their mistake by some overlap labor charges. So now it goes from their mistake to now him doing me a favor. I mentioned that the charges was because of their mistake which he responded with "if I had not told you about it, you would not have known that the charges were there". For someone who have spent thousands not only on the vehicle itself but to have paid thousands on services also, that was not the kind of responds I was expecting. For this to be a luxury dealership and to be treated that way, I will never buy another vehicle from you guys ever again. It had crossed my mind that if it was my husband picking up the car, would he have spoken to him like that.
