Brought my car, a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe, in because the blue tooth interface on the navigation system is frequently failing to initialize. In this state no blue tooth devices will pair with it. Also the air conditioner randomly comes on when the A/C indicator is off and automatic climate control is off. The representative I spoke to was dismissive and insisted that the problem was my phone despite the fact that the car's interface wasn't loading. When she decided to check my phone for compatibility, the Hyundai website was non-functional. When we called to have Hyundai's internal support check the availability, it turns out that all they have access to is the same website. Despite the fact that I had made an appointment in advance and was waiting it took over two hours for them to come back and tell me that the computer had logged no errors. I started my car, paired up my phone again only to have the bluetooth link fail and the interface lock up less than half a mile from the dealership. The car handles well and is fun to drive, but the electronics are wonky and this is on a vehicle with less than 5000 miles on it. I bought this car despite the fact that Hyundai has had a less than stellar reputation in the past. I suppose that the reputation they have is the one that they deserve. More

While dealing with the total loss of my home and the death of my precious pets, I had a big problem with my Hyndai passing inspection. She calmed me down, got me some water and gave me time to explain my story carefully listening and sympathetically assuring me that she was going to make sure everything was going to be taken care of. She was professional, knowledgeable, and had a contagious smile that brightened up the office. As a Human resource director in my career,I would have Annie running one of my stores for sure. She is an asset that should be recognized!! Keep up the great work Annie. I also spoke to Steve Bradt the manager there and he was also customer service driven and just as pleasant. So far all my visits to Hyundai Paramus have been great. They've always had parts where other Hyundai dealers have not. They get the job done. Needed a minor item fixed on our newly acquired 2009 Azera. Annie greeted me immediately and prepared the paperwork. They reordered the part and Annie was very professional in telling me I would have to come back again in a few days to get the exactly right color part for the car. I don't mind because I'll be greeted with a smile from Annie and I can walk across the parking lot to Lowes and enjoy browsing all the aisles again. By the way, the Azera is a really nice car! More
Annie Ramaglia is "THE BEST"..... I recently came in for my first service and she assisted me from the minute that I walked in the door until I left. Unfortunately, my 2011' Sonata Hybrid didn't came in for my first service and she assisted me from the minute that I walked in the door until I left. Unfortunately, my 2011' Sonata Hybrid didn't come with all season tires, but we discussed various options and she worked with me on the price for new ones and I was extremely satisfied. She explained everything that was inspected, completed and final cost. Since I owned an Audi previous to my Hyundai, I was ecstatic that the cost was so low. While waiting for my car, I noticed how the service team treated all of the customers that walked in. Everyone was extremely professional and listened to each customer's concern(s) attentively. I have had issues with my new Sonata Hybrid since I purchased it - poor performance and less-than-advertised gas mileage. I have had to bring the car back to the dealership three times in the two months I've owned the car. Annie Ramaglia has been my service person throughout, and she has been nothing short of outstanding. She is clearly committed to serving customers, something you don't always find today among service professionals. She listens, demonstrates caring and concern, and goes to great lengths to find solutions - never taking the easy way out. I know that Annie works for Hyundai, but she makes me feel that she is working for me also. That is the mark of a great service professional. She called me often while my car was in the shop or awaiting the next appointment to tell me what was happening and to see if I had questions or additional concerns. She is absolutely great, and deserves all the recognition in the world. More
I just bought a 2012 Elantra and wanted to get a spare tire which is not standard equipment. She was very pleasant and patiently explained the details of the service call. She made my wife and me feel at ease and when I told her I was tight on time because I had to go to work, she was able to expedite the work. While I can't say that getting your car serviced or repaired is a pleasant experience, Annie made this service call much easier. More
