Update: Took my car to Wayne Hyundai. Night and day difference. They allowed me to demonstrate the problem rather than blaming the phone for the issue and order a new radio for my vehicle. In addition their waiting area has better lighting, more seating, a refreshment area with bagels/coffee/pastry that's maintained by a nice older gentleman, cleaner bathrooms, PCs to browse the web on while you wait. They even washed my car when they were done inspecting it. If you need service, go to Wayne, 100% better than Paramus.
