POOR/RESTRICTED SVCE. HOURS. I AM QUITE HORRIFIED BUT NOT SURPRISED TO READ ALL THE NASTY REVIEWS HERE AND WANT TO ADD MY OWN ALSO. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET FOR MY 2016 ELANTR I AM QUITE HORRIFIED BUT NOT SURPRISED TO READ ALL THE NASTY REVIEWS HERE AND WANT TO ADD MY OWN ALSO. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET FOR MY 2016 ELANTRA'S FIRST SVCE. - WHICH IS FREE - FOR 5 MONTHS NOW; I CAN ONLY MAKE A LATE AFTERNOON TIME WHICH THEY NEVER COULD GIVE ME. I WAS TOLD REPEATEDLY THAT 1:30 IS THE LATEST THEY COULD TAKE ME AS THE TECHS LEAVE AT 2:30. THERE IS NO 'LATE HOURS' DAY EITHER. IN MY 65 YEARS HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS A DEALERSHIP WITH SUCH RESTRICTED TIMINGS. TODAY AFTER A LONG DEBATE AND ARGUMENT I GOT AN APPT. FOR 3:30 AFTER A 45 MIN. QUARREL WHEN I TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND SHE ADMITTED THAT TECHS DID WORK TILL LATER THAN 2:30. WHAT A BUNCH OF NONSENSE. I CALLED THE MAHWAH HYUNDAI DEALER THEY HAVE HAVE LATE HOURS ON TUESDAY AND CAN TAKE ME AT 6 PM...ON OTHER DAYS I COULD GO TILL 3 PM IF THEY HAVE AN OPENING...EITHER WOULD HAVE WORKED FOR ME JUST FINE. BUT SINCE I HAVE FREE 1ST SVCE. AT RTE 4....I FEEL COMPELLED TO AVAIL OF THAT. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO RTE.4 PEOPLE!!! More

Over $1,000 for brake pads and brake fluid flush.NO THANKS!! If you think paying over $1,000 for a brake job is a fair price, then this place is for you. Once I refused the service they wanted to offer to do the job for 25% off (still over $700). First, if they can offer me 25% off then why not charge that price from the start. Very Shady pricing and WAY over priced even with their so-called discount. I guess they like making their money off the uninformed. I know how much brake pads and fluid costs and I know how long it takes to perform a brake job but I guess they are hoping you do not. I will never have them service my car again. Even if I need any future warranty work, I will take it to another Hyundai dealer. More

On several occasions he has gone above & beyond to make sure that I'm well taken care of. He is very professional, listens to my concerns, and has prevented me from having a meltdown due to other employees' foolishness more than once. I trust his recommendations. Mr. Gaudio is the sole reason I continue to do business with Paramus Hyundai. More
Very disappointing I leased a '15 Genesis from Paramus Hyundai the day I attended the NY Auto Show. The pricing seemed fair and the car is absolutely FABULOUS. The car was delivered with trunk and hood ornaments that are after market add-ons that don't have the Hyundai logo and add an exceptionally classy look. BOTH WERE APPLIED CROOKED. Let me tell you it takes an act of Congress to get this corrected. They contract with an outside vendor that is only available on a limited basis. There's not enough room here to give all the details of what a nuisance it still is to get this corrected. During this time it was quite easy to see how generic and 'highway' like this dealership is. I was told that they own the dealership on Rte.17 and 1 other dealership. I plan to get my service from another owner and a friend said the service is much better in Rockland County. Although somewhat out of the way I'm going there. The morale of the employees seems poor in both the sales and service areas. I will be contacting Hyundai regarding my disappointing experience. For such a great car they would benefit from having better representatives that don't diminish the experience. More
...first service visit...nothing but good expirience. ...My first service visit was pleasant and fast...service writers, specially Joe, was well informed and provided me with oportunities to save money, l ...My first service visit was pleasant and fast...service writers, specially Joe, was well informed and provided me with oportunities to save money, like the "oil change club" and provided future discounts for service visits in the future....techs appear to know their work well, they are fast an precise..I spent 1 hour or so..pleasant waiting area...prices appear to be at par with other dealers besides I bought the Santa Fe from them and I was pleased with their sales dept (YES!!!..pleased....).Their service levels are top. Contrary to others opinions I found this dealer to be fair on their practices, prices and service all around and I buy vehicles every 3 to 4 years. Like I always said, everyone has to eat and what they sell you at service deptmnt you get..is up to us, the customer, to buy it or not...good job guys...I will see you in another 5k miles.. More
