when i first came to get at car by Hyundia of Paramus, Joey the sales guy was really nice, joked around a lot, promised me free oil changes for 2 years. I put my down payment and came back the next day to get my car. Thats when i met Lem, he was really great, explained everything to me, and i bought the extra service package for the car, in case something goes wrong that wasn't in the cars warranty. So far i had an amazing experience. However, after i drove my new car off the lot, everything changed, when i called the next day requesting an owners manual, since my car didn't have one, it took 3 days for Joey to get back to me. When i wanted to get in writing that Joey had promised me free oil changes, he backed up, and said that i didn't qualify, since it was a September special and i bought my car in October. The only rep that was decent that i would recommend was Lem, he actually kept his word. To make a long story short, i had to record the next couple of conversations, which i got Joey and Lem to confirm that i was promised the free oil changes, and when i spoke to Eric, which is their manager, to confirm, he was very distracted, kept talking to other people while i was on the phone with him, very unprofessional. End result, i got a good car, but the service after i bought the car sucked!!! and i doubt i will go there for maint on the car, not worth the hassle More

The service was so bad. From the front desk- we were not welcomed right away. A sales person was chatting casually with another sales person when asked if he could take us and he looked at us as if making a welcomed right away. When we finally got a sales agent, it was like pulling teeth trying to get answers to our questions. The sales person was arrogant and condescending. He acted as if we were wasting his time. He did not fight one bit to gain our business. You can tell why this dealership has such a low rating- its corporate culture fosters lazy sales personnel that is discriminating towards their customers. In fact, that same day we went over to Honda of Paramus received the exact opposite kind of service and walked out with a brand new Civic. I am actually writing this review after I wrote a great review for Honda of Paramus. I will definitely tell all my friends never to go to Hyundai/Dodge of Paramus but rather to go to Honda of Paramus instead. More

long story short DON"T BUY FROM THIS DEALER !!!! Bad business pratice, they make your think your crazy when in fact they just get caught in their lies, bought what I thought was a black 2011 sonata se w business pratice, they make your think your crazy when in fact they just get caught in their lies, bought what I thought was a black 2011 sonata se what I got was a plum black 2011 glx with upgrade package. when I told them this wasn't a black car, i was told" no your wrong it's black" it wasn't until I got home and found the window sticker in the back seat pocket I relized I was right. Manager sucks and dealer ships sucks. Also beware if you are going to buy from them they make you sign all paperwork before you see the car, they tell you that they are "just finishing up with the cleaning" so lets sign paperwork first. love the car ,hate dealership More
