I leased 2011 Sonata at the end of March. I had to wait more than 4 hours when I lease the vehicle because the salesperson was so busy. But the new vehicle had a flat tire and I had to visit them again. Last week I found the floor mat was missing and called the salesperson. He asked me to come this week so I told him I will come on Wednesday (5/4). He asked me to call him again on Tuesday (5/3). So I called him yesterday (5/3) and informed him I will come today (5/4). But this morning when I called him, he said he take a day off today and I insisted to come although he informed me he will take a day off. But it is a lie. He never told me he will take a day off. When I was upset with his lie, he scold me and hang up. I post here because the salesperson is NOT honest and does not care for the customer at all. I asked him to get the missing key remote but it was not ordered even after one month. I don't recommend this salesperson. More
The car salesman Robert gave me a good deal. We both bargained tough but both of us wanted to get the deal done. Robert was a gentleman the whole time. He got the price down to the area I was looking for. Later I dealt with the finance manager Scott. Scott went way out of his way to pro-actively do the best for me. He never pushed me and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. After going home that night and reviewing his numbers I was thrilled with his expertise and advice. He showed me how leasing was much better than buying in my case. I was very happy for his genuine helpful nature. Financially I am better off thanks to Scott. More

I have purchased a car earlier from the dealership. Now when my friend wanted to buy one i asked her if she would like to check out the availbality of vehicles at Hyundai. We have met Jack and he introduc when my friend wanted to buy one i asked her if she would like to check out the availbality of vehicles at Hyundai. We have met Jack and he introduced the car and the necessary other things to do, that the friend has decided to purchase it right there, even she had earlier wanted t owait an other week to decide on the type and make of the vehicle. That day we visited 3 other dealership (Nissan, Toyota, Ford) but she managed to stand with her earlier decision not to go ahead with the purchase. I admire Jack and congratulate him for his excellent work and thanks for his extratime after the closing hours to complete the purchase. The friend likes the care very much, has been satisfied with the service provided. I was pleased with the professional attituda of ajck and his sales manager Eric. Me and my family have been used Hyundia of Paramus for years. My dad was fist back in 2004 then my sister. I have gotten 6 vehicles from them started back in 2006. I have gotten new and used. I really like the way the sales people help you get the car you want. Sales staff is frienly but not pushy. Back in 2009 my husband was looking for a Used Dodge Ram 1500. I told them about it and with in two Carlos called me that they have one. Will it was perfect so we got it. My husband loves that truck. I tell my family and friends all the time to Hyundai of Paramus. I also like the maintenance dept. More
Went in looking for a 2011 Tucson GLS AWD. I did my research beforehand so I would know what numbers they would throw at me. The LOWEST number they could give me was $23,800!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER- The salesman tried to tell me the "internet" sites were not reliable and all the information on prices was fake. It turned out to be a product I had never heard of, and when I checked the Amazon reviews, they said it was very poor quality. 2. They did a custom install which ended up having a problem. It took me 2 weeks to get it fixed. When I went to get the problem fixed, the manager Eric told me it would be fixed while I waited - it ended up taking several days, and I had no car. I constantly called to talk to the manager, and it was almost impossible to get him - I am sure he was avoiding my calls. 3. The sales guy Joey was visibly frustrated when I negotiated and he found out I wouldn't take the deal "as is". Granted, I caught him at the end of the day, but that is not an excuse. He told me he would not close the deal unless I gave him a perfect score on his evaluation. More
