The staff were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions comp specifically looking for in an open, honest and highly efficient manner. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions completely. They allowed us plenty of time on our test drives. After we selected our car and then chose a color that was not currently on hand, the dealership obtained exactly what we wanted within 24 hours. The price we obtained was terrific, especially for a brand new model. We were not pressured into purchasing any extras and all options- such as remote immobilization, sirus, etc- were fully disclosed. From start to finish, our experience was excellent. More
Needed a minor item fixed on our newly acquired 2009 Azera. Annie greeted me immediately and prepared the paperwork. They reordered the part and Annie was very professional in telling me I would have to come back again in a few days to get the exactly right color part for the car. I don't mind because I'll be greeted with a smile from Annie and I can walk across the parking lot to Lowes and enjoy browsing all the aisles again. By the way, the Azera is a really nice car! More

Would never recommend this dealer!! Beware of lies, once they get your money you can not even get a call back. Bought a used car in November based on initial contact and what was told how the process wou they get your money you can not even get a call back. Have never had so much go wrong with the sale all because no one at dealer knows what they are doing.Just got "yessed" to death with no follow up on their end, legal paperwork left hanging. The woman who worked in the office was the only helpful person and actually did what she said she would. We are still waiting for a second key(have been told repeatedly they ordered it then they didn't), side panels/ lights to be fixed and vin etching to be completed ( which was an additional $190.) The fact they we can never get anyone but a receptionist on the phone with no calls ever returned is VERY frustrating. More

This is by far one of the shadiest dealers I have ever dealt with. Went in to purchase a 2012 Hyundai Sonata Limited Edition and was told that it had to be ordered. I was given the VIN number and told tha dealt with. Went in to purchase a 2012 Hyundai Sonata Limited Edition and was told that it had to be ordered. I was given the VIN number and told that I would get it in 3 to 5 days. Only to find out that that the car was sold to someone else especially after I had pout down a $1000 down payment. When I went to the dealership they had a bunch of excuses and asked me to wait for a another 5 days. when i returned to the dealership they said that they couldn't get me the car i wanted and offered me another Sonata (not Limited) above the MSRP. I demanded my down payment and they were jerking me around saying that they couldn't do that right away. only when I said that I worked for TV a station and that was going to publicize this scam is when I got my money back. I ended up going to a nearby dealer who was able to order the car for me and I had it in 3 day. More
I came to this dealer on Tuesday 12/27 with my husband. We heard such great things about how far Hyundais have come and a friend had recommended this place. Imagine our surprise to being blown off. A gentlemen said hi and it seemed like he had to force a sales lady to get up and attend to us. We asked to see a car not on the floor, she unwillingly went to grab her jacket and never returned?! We waited 15 minutes. We were put off from the lack of service, it seems like she could care less about making a sale. I went to 5 other dealerships through out the week and have yet to experience such bad service. I ended up with an Altima, but even before thinking Nissan I was almost positive I would buy the Sonata. Maybe the lady was having a bad day - who knows? More
The day I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, I was left stranded an hour after driving off the lot. Then left without a vehicle for two days. There was minimal communication provided to me. I ha I was left stranded an hour after driving off the lot. Then left without a vehicle for two days. There was minimal communication provided to me. I had to play detective to find out what was the issue. The dealership never communicated to me what was going on. I only found out because of the dealership they towed my car to was helpful in providing me the information. Then not even a week after receiving the car I was left stranded again, this time for 5 days. After having to play detective again I was able to find out what was going on only from, again, the dealership they towed my car to. They never offered a loaner nor where they empathetic or apologetic for all the mishappenings. I was extremely upset with how they handled the situation. More so they didn't hold to their word on some other factors. I will stop any and every person I know to inform them of the horrible service I received from this place. To this day I am still trying to resolve issues. It's been 3 weeks and I am still having to track them down. They do not return calls and if they do they are not at all pleased. Unfortunately I am stuck (for now) in this vehicle. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the NJ Attorney General of Consumer Affairs in addition to contacting the main Hyundai USA to let them know what time of people are associated with their names. All of this could've been avoided had they not been suck jerks. More
