I've been bringing my car to this dealership for service since day 1 and I have NEVER had a bad service or my service advisor Annie. If there's a problem, they fix it. I can't say enough good things about them especially Annie and Elliot. I had a mechanical problem over this past weekend and stressed myself sick over it because I need my car for work and to pick/drop my daughter off to school. I bought it in first thing Monday morning and Annie helped me right away and assured me the problem would be fixed by the end of the day, and at 3:00 I was told it was fixed. Customer service doesn't get better than this!! More
Went to dealership after getting response to Internet query for a Genesis. Was assigned to Jack. Initially, things went well. He arranged a test drive which was what I had requested. We then got into discussions about the selling price as well as my trade value. I should have caught on quicker when my car keys seemed to be held out of site but we continued negotiating. The usual ploys were introduced, including the one "Give me a credit card to show your offer is serious". We finally came to a stalemate and I decided to leave. Out in the parking, he comes and announces they will agree to my price. This was after the sales manager spoke to another rep a couple of desks away from me, complaining about my negotiation. Unfortunately, I was unwilling to start all over again at another dealer and I signed the deal. He promised me full car mats as a personal favor after I was told that glass etching was mandatory on all their cars. He located my color / options in a few days. I showed up and of course the floor mats were out of stock and there was no etching. I asked to have the charge removed but told that couldn't be done since bill of sale was "finlazed" already. So had to wait while they did the etching that day. Just not a very professional or pleasant experience in any way. One bright note was that I contacted the US Hyundai CEO and they responded immediately and offered an accommodation for my troubles. I like the car and will probably get another but certainly not from here. Reading other reviews, none seem to mention my rep's name so he may no longer be employed. More

A big bright spot in this dealership is its Service Department, especially Annie, who is the best service rep I have ever had, and that includes Mercedes and Audi service. More
