This is my second car that I buy here, and I always leave the dealership with a big smile on my face. Two of the best employees are Vinnie Incorvaia and Henry Heiss. Look for them when you go in. They wil do anything to make you happy and have the car that you would like to drive, they will work magic for you. These two guys are just great. They walked me through everything, helping me making a decision of which car to buy. I recommend this dealership at 101%, prices are great, workers are awesome and they work fast and good. I guarantee you will be happy after leaving this dealer with your new car. More
Both were friendly, knowledgeable and all business. While a transaction did not take place, I was pleased with the visit and hopefully will do a transaction in the future. While a transaction did not take place, I was pleased with the visit and hopefully will do a transaction in the future. More
This is the 3rd vehicle that I have leased/purchased from Jefferson. He is was extremely helpful, informative and listened to what I wanted and had to say. He got me the deal I wanted and put me into a bra Jefferson. He is was extremely helpful, informative and listened to what I wanted and had to say. He got me the deal I wanted and put me into a brand new 2013 Sante Fe lease and also helped my husband turn his 2011 Sonata from a lease to a buy out. Jefferson made car shopping into an stress free no hassle day. Thanks and I'll be back in 3 years after my lease runs out. More
After losing my beloved, "in great condition" 1998 Malibu due to Hurricane Sandy I had no option but to buy a car so I opted for a new one. After visiting various dealerships and test driving a 1998 Malibu due to Hurricane Sandy I had no option but to buy a car so I opted for a new one. After visiting various dealerships and test driving a few different makes and models, I went to Paramus Hyundai. I was assigned Jefferson as my sales rep. I immediately took a liking to him due to his professionalism and friendliness. Although I mentioned that I wasn't going to make a quick purchase, he explained all the features of the Sonata, took me for a test drive and answered a million questions. He wasn't pushy. In the following 2 weeks I visited other Hyundai dealerships and no one came close to giving me the service that Jefferson did. After thinking it over for a while, I called Mr. Palau and inquired about the Sonata Limited... I had my specifications: I wanted a shiny red car, light colored leather interiors, heated seats, sunroof... you name it. Well, within a day the car was at the dealership and I proceeded with the purchase. I was one happy customer and continue to be. Jefferson has still kept in touch with me and still continues to answer any questions that I have. In about 2 years I am going to be on the market for a car for my college bound daughter and I will be looking to do business with Jefferson again. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone looking for a fair, professional and informed purchase. More
Harold Maldonado was excellent: friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. He is an asset to your sales staff. The only other name i remember was Phil, who had the final say on the bottom knowledgeable, and efficient. He is an asset to your sales staff. The only other name i remember was Phil, who had the final say on the bottom line price we paid. He was pleasant and appeared to be straightforward with us. I don't remember the names of the 3-4 other people we met, but they were all friendly and professional More
I came in to Rt. 4 Hyundai on Thursday April 25th with what I THOUGHT would be the best car for me in mind, and walked out on Tuesday April 30th a VERY SATISFIED customer. I made sure to point out the tim what I THOUGHT would be the best car for me in mind, and walked out on Tuesday April 30th a VERY SATISFIED customer. I made sure to point out the time span for several reasons...... First off, I came into the dealership looking to replace a car that was wrecked in an accident a few days before. The significance in that information? I needed to replace my car, and I was in a hurry to do so! When I walked into the dealership on Thursday 'KNOWING' what car I wanted to look at (considering the price advertised being the best for me and all that....so I thought). In my mind I wasn't willing to 'talk' about or even 'just look' at another car. (Bad experience with previous dealerships hustling me into getting a car I wouldn't have chose for myself. Even AFTER stating that I wasn't interested into buying that day). I 'KNEW' what I wanted and that was that.......... And then came Arthur. Very nice from the jump "Hi, are you guys being helped?.......Oh ok, I'm able to help you, my name is Arthur David..."*extends hand for hand shake*. THIS was a big deal for me because at my previous dealership, I had to stand around and wait for a few minutes (about 15-20) before seeing someone....... And that was WITH an appointment. Now back to Arthur, he took basic information about the kind of car I had before, LISTENED to what brought me into the dealership and LISTENED when I said I was just looking. Though making a deal is very important in the car sales world, I felt my needs were going to be considered first here. And I give Mr. David a TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF RESPECT for what he was about to get himself into. After finding a car that was best for ME, we got down to business. Talking numbers and percentages and all that other stuff that would make a girl like myself head spin, even after staying longer than he was supposed to trying to get the numbers right, he didn't push too hard and pressure me (and my guest) as others would. We exchanged info, and he allowed me to think on it. He followed up with me to see how things were going, and lent helpful advise, but didn't harass me.... Finally, I came to a decision at the end of my shopping around and researching, Hyundai was the way to go! I had just fallen in LOVE with the car, and remembered the customer service. (Things like that REALLY DOES matter!) Walked in on Tuesday evening excited, walked out Tuesday night ECSTATIC!!!! I knew the car we were talking on, I knew the numbers we were looking at, but actually finalizing it all with these guys was kind of surreal to me. I got a car that I ABSOLUTELY LOVED, at a price (which I must say was better than the car I originally walked in eyeing) that was affordable, and had some of THEEEEE BEST customer service all at once. I was a winner! NOT A DOUBT IN MY MIND THAT THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! Even the guys who weren't your actually sales men were nice and sociable with you. I haven't seen that elsewhere. I've recommended, and will continue to recommend Rt. 4 in Paramus Hyundai to my friends, family, co-workers, everyone. Thanks again guys, it truly was an experience. More
I bought my Hyundai Sonata two weeks ago and I love it. The car is great it rides very nicely. I am a very easy customer, when the sales person and I closed the deal we agreed on a fixed price out the door The car is great it rides very nicely. I am a very easy customer, when the sales person and I closed the deal we agreed on a fixed price out the door flat rate. When I went in to the finance guy Josue Alarado to close the deal with my mom he got us confused with another person buying another car. So he had no clue what was going on. Once we told him it was a different car he got the correct car papers and she signed all the papers that were given to her. Then she had to leave due to a doctors appointment. So at that point the deal was closed. I did not look at the final price because I was under the assumption that the price I was quoted would be the price on the paper. BOY WAS I WRONG. Yes a person can say well you should have looked over the paperwork and told the guy, but in my defense if you are a reputable dealer you should have the numbers correct in the first place. A CAR DEALERSHIP SELLS CARS ALL THE TIME AND DOES THE PAPERWORK ALL THE TIME. So as Josue Alarado is explaining all the paperwork he notices that he forgot to give a few papers for my mother to sign. So he stated " Try to copy your moms signature as best as you can " I was like okay sure if you want me to forge my moms signature thats fine. Then I look at the agreement papers the numbers were not the same. I confronted him and he made up some BS story and numbers scheme about charge this and that. So i basically did the simple math that he said and it was wrong. HE WAS WRONG. In a nutshell he lied to me and just wanted me out of the dealership or at least thats how I felt. So I told him to FIX THE PRICE and thats it. He apparently for mad or irritated and said " Well your mom has to come back in and we have to do all the paperwork all over again and she has to sign everything all over again" He knew I have no time to spare because I am a very busy guy. So I just got tired and said forget it just give me the car. So out of anger I just take the car home without even inspecting it. I saw later that there is a scratch on the bumper. They agreed to fix the scratch but I am actually VERY VERY afraid to bring the car back to the dealer due to their lack of professionalism. The salesman "Ian" was great because of him I came back and bought another car and i still had an issue with the pricing again. I waited about 2.5 hours for the paperwork I had no energy to argue and go back and forth the one guy tried to explain it and I was just to tired to say anything. In all in all I like the cars. I like the company. I liked the professionalism of the salesman, but I hated the lack of professionalism in the Financial Management. I would recommend a Hyundai to my friends and family. I would NEVER Recommend this dealership due to my first interaction with the Finance Manager. I should have just drove 10 miles and gone to Wayne Hyundai in Wayne NJ and bought both my cars there. I would recommend this dealership for their professionalism. There was absolutely no presure. We weren't sure what we wanted, they let us test drive a few cars, and we still weren't sure. The t professionalism. There was absolutely no presure. We weren't sure what we wanted, they let us test drive a few cars, and we still weren't sure. The trunk seemed a little small so they invited us to, at anytime, bring our golf clubs and see if they would fit. They never said you must buy now. We went back 3 times and finally leased a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Love the car. I would recommend the dealership and the car. More
