About a couple of weeks ago, I came in and and met with Iggy... Right off the bat he was very courteous asked if I needed anything. But that didn't stop Iggy he spent the last two weeks trying to get me the best deal he can get me working with the banks with his financial partner and this time he called me as said I have good news. He never gave up cause he knew that I needed this car badly for work, daughter, and my own sanity lol. I felt like family not just another customer they were trying to sell... Iggy was there until the end when they were done cleaning my new used 2010 sonata. I am very blessed to have met him and glad that he was able to finally get this done for me. I would so recommend Iggy to everyone I know. I couldn't be happier!!!! More

I was looking for a Sonata Limited, white with black interior, fully loaded for quite sometime and many of the dealers I visited gave me the run around or would not work with me on a price that I was satisfied with. Hyundia of Paramus, did. Brian spoke with my uncle and the day I arrived at the dealership, Brian and Vinny listened to what I wanted and although it was difficult to do, they told me that they would be able to give me the car I wanted. They initially said it would take about a week or two to locate and get the car which I was disappointed to hear, I met with them on a Friday and by Wednesday of the following week, my car was ready to be picked up. This was my first time buying a car and Brian was awesome. He was patient, explaining things to me until I understood every part of the car buying process. He was not pushy and did not rush me after the car arrived, explaining every feature and detail. If you have a car in mind that maybe be difficult to get, I would definitely recommend talking to Brian and Vinny. They will make it happen. More

All of the people I worked with at Paramus Hyundai were completely professional, friendly, and considerate. When I first visited with Iggy I had my 3 year old daughter with me and he made every effort to m completely professional, friendly, and considerate. When I returned to actually make a deal on a Tuscon the process went as smooth as possible.Iggy even remembered my daughter's name. The whole car buying process is just too long but I don't know if any dealer can make it shorter. Iggy continued to ask if I needed anything while I was there. When I didn't like the first offers, both Iggy and Vinny kept trying to get to a car and a price I could afford. They were honest and helpful with any questions I had. The meeting with the finance man also was smooth and quick. I liked that Gap insurance was included in the price. No hidden extras! Then both Iggy and Vinnie stayed late after the dealership was closed to help me clean out the car, get the Bluetooth set up, and gas in the car. Iggy even took a picture of me in my new car. Even the guys in the service department were willing to stay late to help get my car seat out which was a struggle. My husband and I originally came in to replace a lost key to our Sonata never thinking we would walk out with a 2013 Azera (which we had been eyeing for sometime). As we were walking out one of the managers mentioned that instead of buying another key could they interest us in purchasing a new car. At that time Jefferson Palau, who sold us our 2009 Sonata, approached us but since he had a customer he introduced us to Brian. We mentioned to Brian that we were interested in the Azera, but were weren't too optimistic as the Azera was always over our budget. Brian assured us that he would give us the best deal. With our trade-in we were able to negotiate a price that worked for us and our budget. Brian was a pleasure to deal with as he listened to what wanted, was patient, very knowledgeable of the car and did not waste our time. When we decided to go through with the deal he made sure we did not waste anymore time than we had spent and got us out as fast as he could. I went to this dealership on August 18th with intention to browse the 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited with Sunroof. Upon arrival outside I went to the entrance and was immediately asked if anyone was he to browse the 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited with Sunroof. Upon arrival outside I went to the entrance and was immediately asked if anyone was helping me. There I met Iggi. He was very nice and knowledgeable and led me right to the car I was interested in. We went for a test drive where he broke down everything the car had to offer me. This being my potential first car lease, I did A LOT of research about the car and was happy to find that Iggi knew his stuff. He explained about 97% of the features and specs and I know this car had plenty to talk about. After the test drive we went inside to talk about the possibility of leasing the car that day, and that was when I met Vinny. He was very nice and polite and we crunched some numbers together. I was still unsure so I made an appointment to return on Tuesday. When I returned, I saw that the car was being cleaned, the gas tank was being filled, and it was being prepped to drive off that day. I met Iggi once again who did a similar rundown of the car features and specs with my boyfriend. Then we all sat down with Vinny inside to talk numbers. After some back and forth negotiations, we were able to settle on a deal. The car is AMAZING. I love it. Iggi and Vinny were knowledgeable, polite, and caring. I think that as long as you are serious about considering a purchase and are realistic about the pricing, this place is the place for you. One positive review may not give the full story, but neither does one negative review. It's definitely the place to explore for a Hyundai. More
