Breathe of fresh air!! My wife and I were in the market for a new family car. We visited several dealerships including Honda, Toyota, Nissan, and 2 different Hyundai dealer My wife and I were in the market for a new family car. When we got to Hyundai of Paramus we were greeted immediately by Vinnie. he made us feel very welcome and was friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Vinnie was completely honest and forthright about everything and worked patiently with me and my wife and all of our wants and needs. Vinnie was thorough and through his knowledge and experience, he was able to convince us without a doubt that the 2015 Hyundai Sonata was the perfect car for me and my family. He was also able to do this without making us feel pressured in any way. Working with Vinnie was a pleasure and a "Breath of Fresh Air". When it was time for us to pick up our new vehicle, we had a problem due to my work schedule last minute, but it wasn't a problem for him. When we did pick up our new car, Vinnie was meticulous in explaining all of the features and amenities to us. He wouldn't let us leave unless he knew we were fully satisfied and understood all the information he was conveying to us. He even synched mine and my wife's phone up to the car. We would whole-heartedly and sincerely recommend Hyundai of Paramus, especially Vinnie, to anyone looking for a new car. Thanks again Vinnie, we love out new Sonata!!! More

I am a first-time buyer with little experience in financing a car, and after my bad experience at a Honda dealership, where I wasted a 3 hours talking to an inexperienced rep and his intimidating/pushy manager, I've been wary. But, this place was unlike any of the other I visited - there was no waiting around, no headaches or aggravation, no pressure! My sales rep Brian was very genuine and honest. He took his time to explain all of the details and let me test drive one of their vehicles. He really left it up to me to decide what I liked and I didn't feel under pressure at all, which I truly appreciated. The whole experience made me comfortable and confident in my decision. Also, after purchasing the vehicle, he made sure to make sure I had everything I needed. I have got to say, the professionalism and attentiveness of these two men exceeded my expectations.
