The worst on going experience of my life I leased my new car a few months ago and from day 1 on there has been issues with this dealer. First of all, the salesman was very inexperienced and s I leased my new car a few months ago and from day 1 on there has been issues with this dealer. First of all, the salesman was very inexperienced and somewhat immature. He was talking to me the entire time I was on the phone with the insurance company and I had to keep asking him to be quiet so I could hear the information the Insurance agent was giving me and asking me for. Secondly, when I went to sign the lease for the car they basically rushed me in and out because it was late and didn't want to stay. And I'm not just being a baby, they had me go into some room to sign the paper work and while I was in there going over it they had someone vacuuming around me, while the rest of the people stood outside the door. Also, I returned my first Hyundai to them in exchange for my new Elantra in June. They told me they were taking my car as is ( I was over in mileage and also had some scratches on the body). I handed over the sonata and that was that. Well the next day and for several days after I got multiple phone calls from the dealer, and the salesman himself stating that I had never given them keys for my old car and that I needed to supply them immediately. It turned out that the salesman had lost them. In addition I noticed there was some scratches and imperfections in the paint on the front of my new car and asked them to take care of it since it was obvious that I didn't do it. They told me I could only drop my car off on Tuesday mornings that were very sunny (that is a direct quote) and that they could complete the work then, but only if these guys came that did it. So basically I had one day a week and had to base it on the weather, and whether or not some guy showed up. Awesome. So needless to say that still isn't done. Also, it took them over a month to even set up my account or notify the Hyundai Corporation that I had handed in my old car. So at one point the corporation was calling me because my old car was coming up as unreturned which meant it was kind of stolen, and my new car wasn't assigned to me in their database so that was kind of stolen too. I called the dealership to ask them what was going on and they told me it was a back up with the corporate office and it wasn't their responsibility. But that I had to come in and fill out some paper work anyways. I was also still waiting on my license plates and hadn't received any phone calls regarding them. When I reached out to them they told me they didn't have any of my insurance information and because of that weren't able to process the paperwork needed to get my plates at all. I assured them they had it because I set it up there, but faxed them a copy anyways. I waited an additional 4 days before calling back, they told me they were there. I went to get them and they then told me they weren't there and that I wasn't even on the list to receive them. Obviously I was mad, and told them so. They called me back 20 minutes later and told me that they had filed them wrong and that I could come pick them up. I did, and they didn't even offer to put them on for me. So after all of that I thought nothing else could go wrong, until this week. I received a letter from Hyundai stating that I owed them almost 2000 dollars for damages and my mileage. And that my payment was now delinquent. I am totally overwhelmed with this entire experience. What was suppose to be a happy and exciting experience has turned into the biggest head ache, and has made me totally hate my new car. I feel like I have been taken advantage of, and extremely disappointed with them. What makes it worse is that I know I probably wont get anywhere with them regarding the mileage and that really pisses me off. I asked them multiple times if there was paper work I had to fill out in regards to them taking my car and they told me no repeatedly. I guess we will see how everything turns out. I hope you take something away from my experience and use someone else. I don't know if this happens all the time, but it happened with me, and it can happen to any of you. More

From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with professionalism and respect. I wanted to lease a Santa Fe and Dashawn was able to get me the EXACT car I wanted at an excellent price. He even located the car for me at another dealership and was able to get it for me in just a matter of days. Dashawn and the staff at Hyundai of Paramus made the entire experience palatable and I would not hesitate to return there again and I would absolutely recommend the dealership and Dashawn in particular. Worst experience of my life.. We were sold options that the car didn't even come with, agreed on one price per month on a lease, then we met with the finance guy to sign paperwork, We were sold options that the car didn't even come with, agreed on one price per month on a lease, then we met with the finance guy to sign paperwork, and he told us the price agreed upon did not include tax and title fees. Which came to $22 more PER MONTH? After the fact, we were told that they were known for this trick. To make matters worse, it's a Lemon! Back in service for third time! Engine feels like it is failing when accelerating into traffic. It stalled so hard that I almost hit my face on the steering wheel (my 2 small kids were in the back seat when it happened) and then almost got t-boned by oncoming traffic!! We've been complaining about this issue for MONTHS, but since "they were unable to duplicate the issue" they returned the car to us each time without even touching it.. Mostly because the dealership is located at traffic jam central/Rt 4 in Paramus. How do you "duplicate" an engine issue if you can't exceed 15 MPH? NOW all of sudden they can duplicate it, but state that we beat on the car, and so it's our fault. I'm 40 years old, live in NJ traffic, and usually have my kids with me. It's a $400 repair, and we are leasing this car. The District manager denied our claim to have this covered under the 10 year warranty, and we were advised to submit claim to Hyundai Corporate. You know what they said? Call the better business bureau, we can't help you. Incidentally, I googled Hyundai complaints, and wouldn't you know there are MANY cases of this same issue, each time diagnosed differently, so as to avoid Lemon Law claims, I guess? Please, don't do it to yourself. You deserve better. You do. More

Vinny Incorvaia was a real pro, explained all the features and was really great with Mom. We got the car at a fair price and processed all the paperwork quickly.
