I would like to start this with, Gates was great! Easy to work with, kind, and made the initial process very EASY! On Saturday, I was a walk in to discuss my lease turn in and what my next car options looked like. We made a decision and a plan for me to return on Monday evening to finalize and sign all the finance paperwork. Gates texted me a little after 5 and told me everything was ready. I arrived at about 5:45 and gates had all of his paperwork ready. We immediately signed that and he handed it over. I then had to wait OVER TWO HOURS to sign the paperwork with the finance guy. TWO HOURS! Gates did his best to keep me happy while we waited. But after a long day and being told it would be real quick but then not having dinner and not getting home until after 9pm is insane. This is my 4th lease through Paramount VW and I have never had such long, exhausting, and drawn out experience. More
