I did an internet search for the V70 R wagon and I was surprised to find one close to my home in Winston-Salem. I called and discussed the car with Caleb Pletcher. I told him that I would stop by in the next week or so to check out the car in person. I drove it and at that time asked that they consider my car for a trade in. They quickly checked it out and gave me a good offer. I of course needed to consider all of my options but I left liking the car but not ready to buy. Because my business keeps me on the road, Caleb offered to come to my home and get the paper work started if i was considering the car. A few days later I took him up on the offer and he was there that afternoon. We had negotiated a couple of add ons in our deal so I did not receive the car at that time. A few days later when the car was ready Caleb again made the 1 hour trek to my home and brought me my new car and picked up the one that I traded. I was able to get this deal done quickly and efficiently with out spending a bunch of time sitting around or driving to and from the dealership or what I usually would refer to as waisting time. Caleb understands that in this day and age as always, time is money. The time he spent with me and personal service he gave me made me feel good about my purchase from Paramount. I love my new to me V70R! More
The sales associate, Jim Propst, that worked with us, was extremely friendly and detailed in showing the features of the 2011 jeta TDI (which is what we did end up purchasing), as well as some of the diffren extremely friendly and detailed in showing the features of the 2011 jeta TDI (which is what we did end up purchasing), as well as some of the diffrent features in the "wagon" version such as how the back seats can pop out to make latching in our baby seat easier, and how in the back or trunk area, you can lift up the bottom and have the extra hidden compartment for storage and such. He was very thurough at pointing out how the car is made and crumple points and such in the car for added safety. Those were definite winneres with me as I have been in an accident before, flipping a car end over end 4 times, and none of the safety features were triggered, not even the airbags because "I did not hit 2 sensors at 1 time". Once he explained the sensitivity of the sensors in this car and the technology used, it was sold to me. Combined with all the extra features,such as the "s" gear, gas mileage, added options like the touch screen (which is amazing) and the blue tooth, the truely is an amazing car that we will enjoy for a long time. With his warm and welcoming personality and willingness to explain and help us with all this wonderful vehicle has to offer our family, we are extremely pleased with the service we recieved and recomend this dealership to all our friends and family. Honestly, we were not even planning to buy a volkswagon when we went to this dealership, we were hoping to find something with better gas mileage than our car, but no intentions of buying the jeta. The best compliment I think I could say is, I didn't feel like I was at a dealership trying to be pushed into a new car, I felt like I was talking to a friend, getting help and advise on which car would be right for me and my family. I'M NOT SURE WHAT YOU MEAN BY QUALITY OF WORK, I DIDN'T HAVE ANY WORK DONE. THE USED CAR I BOUGHT SEEMS TO BE OF GOOD QUALITY, LOOKS AND RUNS GREAT. FREINDLINESS, JOSH AND WHOLE TEAM WERE VERY FRIENDLY. WHILE WE WAITED ON THE PAPERWORK JOSH STAYED AND TALKED TO US WHILE WE WAITED, HE WAS SO FRIENDLY, MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. OVERALL EXPERIENCE, WAS GREAT, NEVER MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WASN'T GOING TO BE ABLE TO GET THE CAR. JOSH WAS VERY POSITIVE, CHECKING WITH THE MANAGER AS WE WAITED. Buying a Volkswagen Jetta from Paramount Auto group is hands down the best car buying experience I have encountered. The first on-lot encounter was with Ned Owens, told him I’m just looking he answered all my questions and we parted ways. No high pressure tactics he actually inquired about my driving needs and made recommendations based on that not sticker price. A few days later filled out one of the online car finder sites for several Jetta trims, submitted to all the VW dealers within 75 mile radius. Several dealers responded but only Paramount Auto did so with a price. That evening Ned called, He asked what the particular spec’s I was looking for, said he would search the inventory and call me back if they had one that matched. Having planned to go into town later that day told him I would just stop by. Upon arriving Ned greeted me and said he was with another customer, no problem I said, come get me when you’re done. He then introduced me to Caleb Pletcher, because he didn’t want me to wait, I drove the Jetta TDI and loved it. To sum it up we closed the deal, got a great car at a fair price and just as importantly felt good about the entire transaction. More

The salesman did a great job. Very friendly and I liked him a lot. None of this is his fault, however your service has been extremely bad. I gave you a 10- day payoff that was good till July 1st. It is now July 9th. Like I said, I 've never worried about something like this before. Anyway, I just happened to think about calling the place where it is financed to make sure it was paid off since the payment is due. Much to my surprise it hasn't been! If I hadn't called to find out, the payment would be late and mess up my credit. THAT irritates me very much so then I call you to find out why and the man tells me your finance dept is overworked (and understaffed apparently) and they haven't had time to do it!! Do you call that great service because I certainly don't! He also tells me to "go ahead and make the payment and when you do get around to paying it off, I'll get the difference refunded to me". BULLCRAP. I'm not paying for a car YOU owe on. I just got the bill for the car I bought from you today. Didn't waste any time getting that done did you? I demand you pay it off immediately. You don't want this reported to the BBB do you? More
