Follow up phone calls were non existent. My recent experience was so easy. No hassle. I test drove 3 vehicles on my first visit. I went home and went online to learn more of the vehicles I had driven. I spoke to the salesperson at the BMW dealership, then proceeded to go to Paramount VW. I spoke to the salesperson Mr.Ned Owens. I told him I had decided on a VW Tiguan. I had them work up figures on my trade and total price on Tiguan. It was a no stress deal. We came to a guick and fair price .Mr. Owens was very professional and answered all my concerns. I was completely satisfied that I had made the right choice. The process was handled quickly and with no stress. I highly recommend Paramount and Mr. Ned Owens. I love my VW Tiguan More

I saw a car on their website that I was interested in. I went by the dealership in person to see the car. Ned Owens came out to greet me as I was browsing the cars. He took me on a great test drive, I got to drive the the car on some side roads and the interstate. After the test drive we negotiated a price for the car, and in just a short time I had the car in my drive way. The car was as advertised, fair price, very friendly folks at Paramount. I would highly recommend them for anyone purchasing a new or used car. More

We stopped at the dealership on an impromptu visit. We had not intended to make a purchase that day. Ned greeted us and took his time showing us virtually every car on the lot (at our request). Our experience here was very much unlike the traditional dealership (high pressure, spin, and little regard for what is actually best for the customer)--we felt no pressure, and actually enjoyed this experience.
