I found the 2011 Boxster on the internet after starting from the Porche web site. I contacted the dealership with my call being handled by Trevor. Hickory is 110 miles from my home so it took me a couple of weeks to isolate time to make the visit. Trevor and I communicated 4-5 time during this period. He was friendly with no sales presssure. I made the run to Hickory with the sole purpose to drive the Boxster and allow them to see my 2003 Boxster, I had no intent to buy the car. My mind was changed because of the pricing of the full deal (new car pricing, trade-in allowance and financing package) and the professionalism of the sales team. Their focus on my needs far exceeded the treatment I have received from the Porche dealer that is 3 miles from my home and from whom I have purchased my 2003 and 1999 Boxsters. I have been in my local dealership twice in the last four months looking for a replacement for the 2003, they were of no assistance and had no followup. I am 57 years old and this was the most pleasant car purchasing experience I have ever had. I will return and highly recommend the dealership and sales team to others. More

My son and I had been searching for months for a used Subaru Impreza WRX with low mileage in both excellent body and mechnical condition. I found a Subaru on Auto Trader in Paramount's fleet without a photo. I called and spoke with salesman Josh Williams. The vehicle had not been through their rigorous inspection yet. When the car had passed inspection Josh called and told us the great news, the car was in like new condtion. He sent us several photos of the car to our email and we knew that we had finally found the car that we had been looking for. A blue pearl Subaru Impreza WRX with STI upgrades including sports wheels with two tone black and blue rims. I gave him our credit car to hold this jem. Josh was in touch with us on a daily basis until we worked out a deal. He was both friendly and professional during the entire process. The price on Auto Trader was $13,000 and I offered $12,000, but Josh did not think that the manager would come down in price. I was of the mind set that we are still in a recession and that I could get a better price because we were paying in cash. I did get a call from the manager Michael who explained that they could not come down in price because they were not making enough profit margin on the car. I was disappointed, however I understood. We did purchase the Subaru for $13,900 out the door with all taxes, registration, and fees. As a bonus they drove the car from Hickory, NC to our home two hundred and fifty miles away as a courtesy. My son is thrilled with the car. The dearlership and salesman Josh Williams exceeded our greatest expectations. I highly recommend both salesman Josh Williams and the Paramount dealership. We were fortunate to have found our dream car with Paramount helping to make it come true! More

He offered to show me one more car, that he thought I may like. A used Volvo S80. I liked the style, the color was what I had been looking for. Beige interior(I had specified No Black earleir) and a sun roof. Low mileage, and in my price range. After test driving the car, I was proud to tell Joel "This shoe fits". I would not have gone back to the dealership if Joel had not been so nice on my prior visits, and I felt I owed it to him to let him know I would have to go elsewhere to find a car that I liked. He did an excellant job of reviewing all the inventory,and suggesting the Volvo. If he had not been so nice, I would simply have traveled to another dealership to find a car that "excited me". I would definately do business with Joel again. He is an asset to your company! More
