The purchase experience I had at Paramount Volkswagon was impressive. I had visited the showroom to view the new 2012 VW Beetles. At that time, I mentioned to the salesperson the exact options, color, etc impressive. I had visited the showroom to view the new 2012 VW Beetles. At that time, I mentioned to the salesperson the exact options, color, etc. that I desired, but also noted that I was about a month away from being able to purchase. When I returned to the dealership rougly one month later to order my car, I actually forgot a few of the things that I had asked for. When my car arrived, I apologized to my salesperson and mentioned that I may have forgotten to specify a few simple options. As I inquired about interior color and a few other things, he grinned and said "I remember what you asked for on your first visit to our showroom and made sure that your new car had exactly what you wanted...." Wow. Needless to say, my new Beetle is perfect. The entire staff at Paramount was a joy to work with, and kudos to my salesperson, who actually listened to his customer. In this day and age, that is becoming a rare quality. More

We asked for Mr. Church. Again, he was very friendly and helpful. He did not try to push us into any kind of purchase. We decided to buy this Volvo and Mr. Church was a big reason why. He knew that this was going to be my car, not my husband's, so he spoke to me- this is something that a lot of car salesmen don't do. He was very informative and has called me several times in the last week to make sure everything is going well with the car and to see if I have any questions or concerns. From my first inquiry with Paramount Volvo to the time I drove off the lot with my new XC90, my experience was wonderful. I live about 2 1/2 hours away, so all correspondence was through email and phone conversations. Joel was amazing. Even when the vehicle I wanted was advertised incorrectly, he honored the listed price. He answered any of my questions (and there were many) and walked me through the whole process. I was nervous buying a car while my husband is overseas, but he and Raymond in the financing department made sure everything was in place before my travelling to pick up the vehicle. Joel even took the vehicle on a road test before hand to ensure there were no issues. Once I arrived, Joel and Raymond had everything ready, all I had to do was sign the paperwork and drive off in my new car. Joel even helped entertain my small children while I worked with Raymond. When I am in the market again for a new car, I will definitely return to Paramount. I could not recommend them enough, thanks Paramount! More
