Went in on a Saturday morning looking at a new VW Tiguan. Was originally contacted by Gates but ended up working with Jesus since I was on a self-imposed "time crunch" due to an NFL game that afternoon. Was able to quickly test drive the Tiguan I picked out online but also drove a larger Atlas Cross Sport presented as an alternative since it was closer to the car I was trading in. Jesus was very knowledgeable about both models. The Atlas was great but a little out of my price range. After stating that, I wasn't pushed into buying something more than I wanted. Ended up buying a Tiguan and was done before the game started! Everything was efficient and straightforward with no number games. Also, no nonsense "dealer adds" to discuss like nitrogen air which made the out the door price much clearer and saved everyone's time. Overall, it was a very positive experience. More
