Out with the old in with the new When I took my Kia Sportage in to have it worked on and found out that it was going to cost more to fix it than it would be to trade it was scary. Preston hooked me up with a very nice and experienced sales man and he worked very hard to fine me a new car within my price range. They found me a Kia Soul and I was very happy with it. Paramount Kia of Hickory is where I will always get my cars and have them worked on. More

I brought my 2012 Sorento in to Paramount a bit ahead of its scheduled maintenance. I did so because of what I perceived as a problem which was a noise coming from the console. On the day of my appointment its scheduled maintenance. I did so because of what I perceived as a problem which was a noise coming from the console. On the day of my appointment I was greeted by Joel and he wrote the work order up and I also got the maintenance work done as well as a car wash to wash away the winter road salt. I was also greeted by Preston who I always enjoy talking with and catching up with all the latest local events and news. I was given a ride to the mall where I stayed for two hours John picked me promptly at the appointed time and brought me back to the service department. My car was ready. It had been cleaned and serviced. The noise which I thought was a problem was normal and turned out not to be a problem according to the service tech. Joel instructed me to keep an eye out or in my case an ear out if it got louder or changed in anyway to bring it back and they would change out the part. At this time I am satisfied with the work performed by everyone at Paramount Kia service and recomend Paramount to anyone considering buying a new or used vehicle. R Bowman More
When I called I got Marcus.He told me not to drive my car because the check engine light was blinking off and on. I was very please with the service that I got. Having worked for a GM dealer and a Nissan dealer in the past, both as sales/finance and in service I know how dealers work and I honestly pleasure. More important,he listened. When it was time for the test drive, turned it over to me, as the primary vehicle driver, not my husband. He understood my happiness with the vehicle would be the most important. Can honestly say, that although MY last 2 cars were from the same dealership, this was the first time the salesman thought about MY experience behind the wheel. Would recommend this dealership!! As I said, have now bought 3 cars from them. We live approx 40 miles away near Charlotte and it is worth the drive. More
