Karrie Powell is an exemplary sales consultant! I originally was only going to test drive a K5 GT. When I told Karrie that I was thinking between the Kia K5 GT and a Hyundai, she made arrangements I originally was only going to test drive a K5 GT. When I told Karrie that I was thinking between the Kia K5 GT and a Hyundai, she made arrangements so I could test drive the Hyundai as well. I liked certain features in both and she listened and asked all the right questions to help me decide. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured. (I went with the car that has been "calling my name" for months - the K5 GT.) The whole process at this dealership has been truly amazing with Karrie being instrumental all the way. The dealership was great, the buying process went smoothly and everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. However, fast forward a year. Traded in my car and now I am trying to get my refund on my ext smoothly and everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. However, fast forward a year. Traded in my car and now I am trying to get my refund on my extended warranty that I purchased. Mr. Briggs refuses to call or email me back. Horrible to deal with when the dealership owes ME money! And because of that, I will go elsewhere to purchase the $80,000 Kia EV9. They lost my business and all of the referrals that I would have sent them. I will keep fighting until I get my refund though. More
