I found a fairly good price on a Kia Sorento on line and attempted to get some additional information from the the salesman at the dealership. I wanted to know how many vehicles they had with 4WD and what attempted to get some additional information from the the salesman at the dealership. I wanted to know how many vehicles they had with 4WD and what the prices might be with accompanying specifications. I made initial contact on line with a chat program on Paramount's website. I got some canned response e-mails but nothing along the line of what I needed. FINALLY, after five days, I did get a response that told me the stock number of a vehicle meeting my specs. After viewing the car on line, I had some questions concerning price. An answer to my questions was not forthcoming. I continued to receive canned mails. I made an appointment to go to the dealership after a few of my questions were answered. Finally, on the fifth day, I did find out some additional info but not what I had asked, so I again asked for specific pricing info. After receiving NOTHING for two more days, I canceled my appointment. THEN the salesman called and tried to find out some more info from me. I told him I was out of the market. He then read my e-mails, so he says, and provided some more info but not specifically what I had asked about. The most ridiculous part of his info was his quote of a "document fee" of $693!!! That is absolutely ridiculous and is nothing more than ADDITIONAL DEALER PROFIT! Stay away from these people - they are only out to rip you off!!! More
We went to two Kia dealerships and they didnt seem like they wanted to work with us.A friend of ours told us to go to Paramout Kia that they would treat us right. We live in Grover, NC and the drive to Hic they wanted to work with us.A friend of ours told us to go to Paramout Kia that they would treat us right. We live in Grover, NC and the drive to Hickory was worth it.Patrick Butler was our salesman and he took great care of us.We have some friends that love our new Sorento and the deal that we got and we already refered Patrick Butler to them.Everyone Paramount Kia was friendly and helpful. We will continue to make that drive to Hickory in the future. More

James & Jonathon were great to work with! However, my brief meeting with the Finance Manager did not meet my expectations. His attitude and lack of professionalism made me question why he holds the p my brief meeting with the Finance Manager did not meet my expectations. His attitude and lack of professionalism made me question why he holds the position he does. I bought this car over the phone; without seeing it in person or driving it. This was a cash transaction, which required very little effort on the Finance Managers part. He did not even stand to greet me or offer a handshake. Additionally, he did not thank me for my purchase and, at the end of the transaction, still did not get up from his seat to offer a handshake. As a side note, during the signing of the documents (NC DMV title application, buyers order, etc.), he never asked for my drivers license or any other documentation to verify my identity. Again, in closing, James and Jonathon were great!!! More

I am so happy with my new car. Tim helped to get me in a vehicle that met all my needs. I am so glad I came to paramount kia. I am going to have a baby in January and now I feel safe knowing my baby will be vehicle that met all my needs. I am so glad I came to paramount kia. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by a Customer Service at the Kia Dealership in Hickory, North Carolina ranks high in my estimation. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman inquiring about my interest. Within a few moments of conversation, I was already looking at a possible car. Shortly, papers were being filled out for a trade of my car and the purchase of the Soul Kia that I had picked out. The quality and quickness of work was amazing to me. It was quickly done and shared with me. The price of the car with the trade-in of my car proved to be a price that I could not turn down. My overall experience with the sales representative, finance department and other personnel was awesome. A friend of mine recommended this dealership to me and I will definitely pass on the recommendation to other friends of mine. More
I had been shopping for a new car for over a month. After visiting different dealer ships and comparing pricing. Patrick, then asked if we would like to drive it. Acoarse we did. Now came the question , can you beat the other dealers price. That was resolved quickly. The answer was yes, Not by much, but the service and the way they treated me from the time I got there to finishing the deal was great. I needed a new car. My old car was at the shop more than I drove it to work. I needed a dependable car. I had friends that owned Kia cars. They love them. So, I went online and looked at Kia cars. I asked for a quote thru the nearest Kia dealer ship. They sent me emails and called me within the hour. I set up an appointment to go look at some of the models they had on the lot. I arrived late the person I had the appointment with was on another lot make a sale to another customer. Jason quickly stepped in to help me. I show him the car I like and within two hours I drve off the lot. Jason did not stop until all of my paper work was finished. He took my car washed it and put gas in it. I love my Kia. I have bought a new car before and it took six hours. I was not thrilled about having to go back thru another six hour ordeal, but thanks to Jason it was quick. I would recommand Kia of Hickory to anybody who wants to buy a Kia. Jason was a wonderful and very efficient sales person. Thank you for the great car buying experience. More
My husband and I got a letter in the mail stating that we could get 120 percent of our cars value. Even though I had 2010 I thought why not. I might be able to get a brand new car for what I was paying a month or for just a little extra. We decided to look into the Sorento and Optima. We decided we couldn't afford the monthy payment of the Sorento and my husband didn't like the 4 cylinder so we decided on the Optima. I love my new Optima it's sleek and sporty looking, gets better mileage than 2010 and the body style looks 100 percent better than the 2010 and I love the extra features that the 2011 offers that the 2010 did not. Thanks again to the Kia team for helping us get a great vehicle. More
