The sales person done a Great Job. He was very friendly. He seemed to know alot about the car. There was some problems with the car that he got resolved. He did an exceptional job with handling everything in a timely manner last Thursday I got to the dealership at 3:00 and was out of there with my new car 3 hours later, that is the fastest I have ever seen over the years. This dealership far exceeded my expectations. Great service and value. We have had the Soul for a bit over a week now. The gas mileage is great, and although a small vehicle, it is very roomy inside. Our experience was very pleasant. We did not have to wait for many hours or days for approval. Our only problem was with the key. We had a second key made and it got stuck in the ignition with the sal wait for many hours or days for approval. Our only problem was with the key. We had a second key made and it got stuck in the ignition with the salesman. A service tech came out with pliers and after much struggling, twisting and pulling, the key came out. But now I ignition doesn't lock. We are having a new ignition put in on Wednesday. The service tech said his key machine wasn't in good working order. But overall, everything was great. More
