I had a very good experience buying a used truck at this dealership. I do not like the process of purchasing a vehicle but Paramount was a good choice. I felt as though I paid a fair price for the vehicle especially considering the rates autos are going for at this time. I was going to pay with cash but decided to finance after talking with Taylar just to help my credit which needed a small boost after some inactivity over the last while. Philip in financing was great to work with on this as well. The truck was a little sluggish to start when we were preparing for the test drive which I am sure was due to the colder temperatures and from the vehicle sitting idle for a while but they checked the charging system and installed a new battery before we completed the paperwork. I am a week out now from the purchase and still satisfied with the choice. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. So, if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle give them a try. The car buying process was almost seamless except for the financing aspect which should have been easy considering I did not finance the car I purchased. The sales team was friendly and easy to work with and financing aspect which should have been easy considering I did not finance the car I purchased. The sales team was friendly and easy to work with and knew the vehicle well. Since I called ahead to purchase, the car was detailed and ready to be picked up when I arrived. I had a few documents to sign with the finance representative who was busy for over an hour while I waited to sign. I feel there should have been more than 1 finance representative in a busy dealership and since I did not need financing the process should have taken much less time. Two and a half hours to hand over a cashiers check and sign a few documents was much too long. More
