I wanted to purchase a Ford Fusion Hybrid in a specific color. The dealership did not have any hybrids in stock, but Mr. Connell went to work immediately to find one in another dealership. He found one in a dealership in Pennsylvania that met my requirements, and the dealer in PA agreed to exchange the car for one from Paramount Ford. However, before the exchange could be made, the dealer in PA sold the car. Mr. Connell began another search that would eventually take about three weeks to complete. In that three week period, Mr. Connell keep me informed in a timely manner of the progress in finding a Ford Fusion Hybrid in the color I wanted. I know he spent a considerable amount of time on the telephone trying to find me the right car. He also did not make promises that he wasn't able to keep, so I am very pleased with the effort that Mr. Connell gave to find the car I wanted and to keep me informed of the progress during the three week period.
